Recently there have been quite a number of Talbots on the market for sale. Encouragingly, they are having no trouble changing hands and selling at decent prices. Indeed, a very fine and fully restored 1925 10/23 2-seater and Dickey recently sold in the H&H auction at Buxton for what must be a record price of £30,375 including premium. Someone has bought a superb car; I hope they join the Club!
Alternatively, this 1925 10/23 Doctor’s Coupé fetched £22,000 at Matthewsons. Another good price.
The Talbot Owners Club magazine is published bi-monthly and contains news, updates and informative articles. It is edited by club secretary David Roxburgh.
