Lavinia meets KSI! 11th Feb 2026

The Talbot 14/45 RY 6835, AKA Lavinia, has motored  into the world of 21st Century Celebrity Culture when she had a day out driven by KSI.

I daresay that most of us older Talboteers have never heard of KSI, but he is one of the world's most influential, millennial multi media moguls and influencers. Actor, entertainer, singer, business man, U tuber, celebrity boxer, you name it KSI, is in it. His followers on the internet number tens of millions and in 2024 he received the Brit Billion Award for receiving over a billion streams in the UK. He will shortly be seen as one of the judges on Britain's got talent.

Lavinia is a bit of a tart on the side and hires herself out for money. KSI and his friends collectively make up "The Sidemen", also famous to some, and they hired Lavinia to be driven in one of their YouTube capers. This YouTube short was called "Sidemen Road Trip, but every hour the car  gets older" Possibly not to be recommended viewing if you are not one of the Side Men's generation!

Lavinia enjoyed the day out and is impressed that she has now been seen by millions of viewers.  She has not been overawed by the experience though. She said that KSI was a very nice young man but he did clash her gears  rather too much!
