The Annual General meeting of the Talbot Owners’ Club will be held on 28 April 2018 at 2pm at Woodlands Grange Hotel, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV32 6RN.
The members of the current committee will all stand down, as required by the Articles of Association and a new committee will be elected. Nominations are invited from members to serve on the committee for a period of 12 months from April 2018 to April 2019. If more than eight members are nominated, then a ballot will be held to choose the eight members of the committee to serve for the forthcoming year. If eight or fewer members are nominated, then they will be deemed to be elected to serve on the committee for the 12-month period without the need for a ballot. Individual and spouse members are invited to complete this form and return it to Val Lloyd by Midnight on 31 January 2018. If a ballot is required, members will be notified by email.
