The information you provide will enable the trophy coordinator to determine the winner for 2011 by using the points system detailed on the TOC webpage (click here) for this trophy.

At the end of the form click send and you will also be emailed your entry as confirmation of receipt.

The form shouldn't take long to complete, so please take a few minutes to enter. It's a quick and easy method for the Club to collect last year's information and to present this superb Trophy to a Talboteer who has had an outstanding competition performance in a Talbot in 2010.
